Thank you for choosing M.D Computer Institute. We strive to provide high-quality computer education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling or making any payment.

1. Registration and Admission Fees

  • Registration fees and admission charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Batch Start Date: If a student cancels their admission at least 1,2 days before the official batch start date, a refund of the tuition fee will be processed after deducting a processing fee of 50%.

  • Cancellation After Batch Start Date: Once classes/batches have officially commenced, no tuition fees will be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

3. Course Fees for Short-Term & Online Courses

  • Fees paid for short-term workshops, crash courses, or online recorded modules are 100% non-refundable.

4. Course Cancellation by the Institute

  • If M.D Computer Institute cancels or postpones a batch/course due to unavoidable reasons, students will be offered a full refund of the paid amount or the option to transfer to another batch.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
