  • Non-Refundable Policy: Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Payments made online via third-party gateways are subject to successful verification. In case of payment failures, please contact your bank or our administration.

3. Attendance & Code of Conduct

  • Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for final examinations and certification.

  • Misbehavior, damage to lab equipment/computers, or violation of institute rules will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without any fee refund.

4. Examinations & Certification

  • Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and passing the final practical/theory examination.

  • All dues/fees must be cleared before appearing for the final exam or receiving certificates.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, notes, software tutorials, logos, and content available on this website belong to M.D Computer Institute..

  • You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any study material without written permission from the management.

6. Limitation of Liability
